A content system for YouTube and Telegram
I built an AI system for YouTube and Telegram that handles topic discovery, source research and material preparation. It works from the channel’s style and rules, so each new release doesn’t need to be explained from scratch. The creator chooses the direction, checks the result and makes changes if needed.
The task
Bring the separate stages of content preparation into a clear process that doesn’t start from a blank page every time.
My role
Designed the workflows, assembled the channel’s rules and context, and organised preparation stages and release status checks.
No need to explain the channel again
The system retains the channel’s voice, examples and visual references. The AI agent uses them in subsequent tasks. You remain responsible for direction and quality, while the system handles repetitive preparation.

Telegram: a prepared post arrives
The AI agent finds topics suited to the channel, checks sources, selects an image and writes the news in the brand’s voice. The creator receives the materials for a post instead of separately finding a story, gathering facts and writing from scratch. They choose a version, check it and edit it if needed.

YouTube: the agent prepares the release
The AI agent suggests topics, gathers information and prepares a script, thumbnail options and a description. The creator chooses a topic and refines the parts that need their perspective, experience and personality. Release materials are saved so work can continue later. You can return to a stage, make changes and check related materials.

Who it’s for
For creators and editors who use AI or are just getting started and want a clear content preparation process that preserves their channel’s style.
AI involvement can be tailored to your work: the system can focus only on finding ideas or analysing competitors, leaving the content itself untouched while taking each channel’s context into account. Or it can support a complete workflow, from preparing materials to automated publishing.
Possible additions
The system can be extended with workflows for TikTok, Shorts and other formats. Another possible extension is a fully automated sequence: script, voice-over, editing and publishing, without human involvement in each release.
How it works
Channel context, format rules and release materials are stored in Markdown. AI follows defined workflows; PowerShell and JSON help track release stages and the state of the materials.
